I just chanced upon this righteous selection of rolling papers. Cannabis culture enthusiast Steve Elliot started collecting the papers in 1977 and continued adding to his personal archive for the next decade. Like opening a time capsule to a hazier time, Elliot has unveiled his choice collection online – check it out above. Of particular note are the ‘patriotic’ papers, where reefers are dressed as American flags, $100 bills and draft cards – a super passive aggressive ‘fuck you’ to the system. They don’t make ‘em like this anymore dude.
