Thanks to people spending copious amounts of money in The Chiltern Firehouse in order to sit two tables away from some celeb or other, Andre Balaz has managed to amass enough money to put together a decent collection of cool prefab houses! I don’t know if he sparked the craze as Amuse are claiming but he’s certainly got a few cool ones.
Say prefab and houses in the same sentence in England and you’ll likely be conjuring visions of horrible amalgamations of oddly coloured plastic and plasterboard. These certainly don’t have a lot in common with anything quite like that…
