Dash Snow – ‘Selected Works From 2001 To 2009’

As an artist, Dash Snow should need no introduction. Arguably one of the most romanticised counter-cultural figures of the last decade (at least within art circles), this is a fresh (fittingly lo-fi) look at his contribution to contemporary art. Selected Works From 2001 To 2009 compiles a selection of his Dada-esque collages (ranging from cum-glittered tabloid covers starring Saddam Hussein to straight text pieces to sculptural detritus), alongside a smattering of photographs. Of course, the story goes Dash only began taking photos to remind himself of the graffiti/carnage that he’d made the night before. Published in zine format by Nieves and Innen, don’t miss out on this.
