Sure, Love & Mercy looks like a super Hollywoodized biopic, but it stars PAUL DANO AS BRIAN WILSON. Which pretty much solves everything. Set to release over the summer, the film chronicles the life of the reclusive Beach Boys songwriter and musician, from his successes with orchestral pop albums to his nervous breakdown and subsequent encounter with controversial therapist Dr. Eugene Landy. Of course there’s also a love interest sub plot, but PAUL DANO.
