We’ve been fans of the Mike Mandel baseball card series since forever. The people featured are pretty much all heroes of ours, and the way in which they’re captured on the cards couldn’t be better. Even the text is spot on. Trying to collect the cards is rather difficult. They’re not especially difficult to find, it’s more mustering the financial discipline. Now that they’re going to be gathered in one place it might be that little bit easier. $125 for this boxset is a bargain.
